Do I need underlay?

Yes – underlay adds comfort, insulation, and helps your carpet last longer.

Can I return a carpet if I change my mind?

Because carpets are cut to size, returns aren’t usually possible unless faulty. Please check your measurements carefully and order samples first.

What if my carpet arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How much extra carpet should I order?

We recommend allowing 5–10 cm extra to ensure a perfect fit

Do you sell matching accessories?

Yes – we stock grippers, door bars, stair rods and more to finish the job neatly.

Can I carpet stairs with any carpet?

Not all carpets are suitable for stairs. Look for products marked “stair-friendly” in the description
