Site survey arranged
Our installations team contact you over WhatsApp to book a survey - within 7 days of your flooring arriving.

Extra work hours!
Levelling, subfloor repair or removal of old tiles is quoted separately before any work starts.
Fitting quote confirmed
We send you a fixed-price quote for the install, covering any extras found at survey.
Confirm & pay in full
You confirm the service and pay the full fitting fee. Your fitting is then booked and a date is confirmed.
14-day cancellation right
Fitting follows a statutory cooling-off period, so we confirm your request to begin in writing.
Fitting takes place
Fitting begins within 7 working days of your confirmed payment, and you can track your fitter's location on the day.
Doors
Doors may be removed to fit the floor. Trimmers & door adjustments quoted separately if needed.
Floor completed
Your fitter finishes the installation, tidies up and confirms via photo for your records.
